Equipment installation and transportation

1) PE wrapping film: The inner packaging adopts 50CM wide PE wrapping film with seamless wrapping.

2) Cable ties: used to fix the X, Y, Z axes of the device to move freely.

3) Corner protection: Installed on the four corners of the equipment to protect the corners of the equipment from damage during storage and transportation.

4) The equipment is packaged to transport the equipment by car, and the PE wrapping film is used to wrap the items with a thickness of two or more without gaps to avoid damage to the rope. Also, protect the protruding parts to prevent damage during the lifting process, and the equipment is loaded on the car. Afterwards, fasten it with a rope to prevent the device from rolling or wiggling.

5) During the transportation of the equipment, we will strictly follow the standard protection measures for packaging, and the packaging meets the requirements of long-distance transportation, moisture-proof, shock-proof, rust-proof and anti-brutal handling, etc., to ensure that the goods arrive at the destination safely and without damage .

6) Mode of transportation: car transportation, the supplier is responsible for all responsibilities, including freight and insurance. Make sure to deliver according to the contracted delivery date.

7) Location of accessories: The random accessories and tools and materials are generally placed in a white tool bucket.

 

Equipment installation and debugging

Ø1. Installation environment

1) A place free of water droplets, steam, oily dust and electromagnetic noise.

2) The ground is flat and clean, hardened and firm without vibration, the concrete hardened ground is fixed and installed, and the operating environment temperature is -10℃~40℃.

3) If the ambient temperature exceeds 40℃, please place it in a well-ventilated place. There is a power inlet marked with the power input label, and a good grounding terminal is provided.

 

Ø2, power supply

  1. Three-phase power AC380V/50Hz, the allowable voltage range is 350V—410V. If the actual voltage exceeds the allowable voltage range, please equip the voltage stabilizer (more than 25KW is recommended for the voltage stabilizer), and the voltage stabilizer should be provided by the buyer.

 

Ø3, installation and debugging

1) After the equipment arrives at the installation site and the user's water and electricity are ready, our technicians will complete the inventory and start the equipment installation and commissioning work.

2) Responsible for the installation and debugging of on-site equipment and auxiliary equipment, and fill in the project installation and debugging report after completion.

 

Training support

1) Our company arranges professional technical trainers to conduct theoretical and practical training and technical services at the user's site. During the actual operation, the operation steps will be explained in detail, the customer's operation will be guided, and the customer's questions will be answered. Courses include: operation training , Maintenance training.

2) The operation is easy to learn and understand, and those without experience can master it in a short time, be familiar with the various system structures of the system, and understand the basic system knowledge.

3) Familiar with the as-built data of the system, understand the system configuration and location correspondence.

4) How to operate the system in daily and emergency situations.

5) Simple maintenance system.

 

After-sales service

Ø1, free warranty period

1) 12-month free product warranty service and lifetime maintenance since the product has passed the acceptance inspection.

 

Ø2, within warranty

1) For damage or damage caused by the quality of the product itself, the service provider is responsible for free replacement of parts and after receiving the notice of the buyer's machine failure.

2) Under the premise of correct operation and maintenance of the machine in accordance with the engineer's guidelines, free fault repair and replacement of parts (except vulnerable parts).

3) The after-sales service engineer of the supplier will provide corresponding telephone support and necessary on-site services according to the equipment problems of the buyer. 24 hours a day online by phone or network, 2 hours response, on-site service within 48 hours.

 

Ø3, out of warranty

1) Provide software and technical support services free of charge; provide preferential regular maintenance and spare parts supply services for a fee, and provide product-related daily consultation and guidance, product improvement and maintenance technology information and materials at any time.

2) Damage or damage caused by improper operation.

3) Force majeure factors, such as earthquakes, floods, snow disasters, wars, terrorist activities, etc.
