One. Tool magazine failure
1. If the tool magazine cannot be rotated, the reasons may include: the coupling between the motor shaft and the worm shaft is loose; the inverter is faulty, and the motor cannot be powered; the proximity switch or the reed switch is faulty; the PLC has no output control, or the PLC has output but Relay in interface board failed; low air pressure. The solution is: check and adjust the coupling; check whether the input and output voltage of the inverter are normal; check the IO status through the PLC IO monitoring screen, adjust or replace the proximity switch or reed switch, check or replace the relay; adjust the air pressure to the specified value.
2. If there is a problem of inaccurate positioning of the cutter head, it may be caused by the wear of the motor brake. It can be solved by adjusting the adjusting screw in the motor brake. When the tool is reversed, the tool falling may be caused by insufficient spring clamping force in the tool holder or failure to reset normally, and the distance between the tool handle and the pull stud is not correct. Components must be adjusted or replaced.
3. If the knife sleeve is broken, the reason may be: the knife is reversed before the knife sleeve is not positioned, or the knife disc rotates before it is returned, and the tool is crashed when the tool is loaded. The solution is to adjust the position of the cutter head positioning proximity switch or the reed switch of the reverse cutter cylinder, and replace the cutter sleeve. Motor burnout occurs. Possible reasons include: power phase loss or incorrect voltage, brake burnout, tool overweight, and components that cannot run. The solutions are as follows: check whether the contactor contacts are damaged, whether the power supply is out of phase and whether the voltage level is matched; check whether the brake coil is damaged and whether the grounding is correct; check whether the quality of the tool exceeds the allowable value; check whether the sliding part of the tool sleeve is smooth.
Second, the mechanical hand failure
1. If the tool is not clamped tightly enough, and the tool is often dropped, it may be caused by the pressure of the claw spring is too small, the nut behind the spring is loose, the locking of the manipulator does not work, and the tool is overweight. The solution is to tighten the spring rear nut, adjust or replace the clamping lock, replace the spring, and replace the tool.
2. If it is found that the tool cannot be released after being clamped, the reason may be that the claw spring is too tight and the claw cannot be retracted. The solution is to loosen the nut or replace the spring so that the maximum load does not exceed the rated value.
