Machining center mechanical part:
1. Check the lubrication system, the state of the pressure gauge, clean the filter screen of the lubrication system, replace the lubricating oil, dredge the oil circuit,
2. Check the air system, clean the air filter, and eliminate the leakage of pressure gas.
3. Check the hydraulic system, clean the filter, clean the oil tank, and replace or filter the oil. Replace seals if possible.
4. Fasten all transmission parts and replace defective standard parts.
5. Grease lubrication parts, add grease as required
6. Clean and clean each transmission surface,
7. Check the status of the tool magazine and the manipulator, analyze the wear state of the manipulator, and propose replacement suggestions to the customer.
8. Repair and correct damaged parts of external components.
9. Check the status of the protective cover. Feedback information to customers accurately.
 

Electrical part of machining center:
10. Clean the electrical components in the control cabinet, check and tighten the tightening state of the terminals.
11. Cleaning, cleaning the CNC system control modules, circuit boards, cleaning fans, air filters, cleaning cooling devices,
12. Clean the servo motor fan blades.
13. Clean the internal components of the operation panel, circuit boards and fans. Check the tightness of the connector.
